Aisha Yesufu is a well-known activist and social critic in Nigeria. She has said that she will use her voter’s card during the general elections in 2023 to promote transparency and good government.
Yesufu revealed this in a message on her verified Twitter account.
She declared that she supports nonviolent change in government.
The social critic also said that she fully backs Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s candidate for president.
“I would prefer a bloodless revolution over a bloody revolution,” the woman wrote.
With my permanent voter’s card as my weapon for justice, good government, accountability, and transparency, I choose to rebel through the ballot.
“I have picked Peter Gregory Obi to be the Commander-in-Chief.”
