Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Fintiri has sworn in his cabinet and given them a deadline to work diligently and deliver results—or face being removed from office.

During the swearing-in of 24 commissioners who had been chosen for him by the state House of Assembly last week, the governor gave the instruction on Thursday.

We are setting up a governance delivery apparatus with key performance indicators that will be used to periodically measure you, Fintiri remarked during the swearing-in event at the Banquet Hall of the Government House in Yola.

We won’t settle for anything less than the best. I won’t hesitate to replace you if your performance is ever determined to be below our standard best while carrying out your obligations.

According to OBASANJO NEWS24, Governor Ahmadu Fintiri nominated his commissioners last month on July 27 to the state House of Assembly, which confirmed the nominations last Thursday.
