Prominent Nollywood actress, Ini Edo, who is 41 years old, has revealed that she remains unmarried because she is still searching for a partner who genuinely loves her.
Although she was previously married to businessman Philip Ehiagwina from 2008 to 2014, their union was short-lived. In a recent interview with media personality Toke Makinwa on her show Tokemoment, Edo expressed her desire for a partner who treats her with respect and kindness.
She emphasized the importance of being in a relationship where she can feel protected and respected, stating that she cannot be with a man whom she does not respect.
Edo firmly believes that mutual respect is the foundation of a healthy relationship, and if a man fails to earn her respect, there is no point in being together.
She also highlighted the significance of managing situations and the people around oneself with kindness, regardless of one’s financial status.
