King highlighted Henry’s ability to dominate the pitch and explained how he could drag defenders all over the field.

According to King, this gave Henry an advantage over other notable players such as Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Ruud van Nistelrooy.

King emphasized Henry’s versatility and impact on the game, particularly when playing on the left wing.

He described how opponents would struggle to contain Henry when he cut inside, showcasing his dribbling skills and speed.

King acknowledged that Henry’s ability to run in behind defenders, combined with his strength and technical ability, made him a formidable force.

The former Tottenham captain admitted that Henry was the only striker who could truly embarrass him on a bad day.

While he acknowledged the quality of players like Ronaldo, Rooney, and Van Nistelrooy, King believed that they didn’t possess the same ability to unsettle defenders in the same way as Henry.

Ronaldo was seen more as a winger, Rooney and Berbatov were undoubtedly talented, but they didn’t have the same intimidating presence that Henry brought to the game.

Van Nistelrooy, on the other hand, was primarily a box player, and King didn’t feel threatened by him outside of the penalty area.
