Remember that prior to the 2023–24 season, Jackson transferred from Spanish La Liga team Villarreal to the Premier League west London club?

Even though the 22-year-old has scored seven goals in 18 appearances for Mauricio Pochettino’s team in all competitions this season, he has frequently displayed evidence of a lack of poise and consistency.

On the podcast Wrighty’s House, Wright said, “I feel bad for Jackson.” You can see it, but he is not even close to being at that level. He is terrified, anxious, and apprehensive because he is far away from it.

“Mudryk is still performing in the same way that I saw a few movies of him doing his thing—racing at 100 miles per hour and never slowing down.
