Following striker Cristiano Ronaldo’s heated interview with seasoned British journalist Piers Morgan, Manchester United has released a statement.
In a recent interview with Morgan, Ronaldo aimed Manchester United and manager Erik ten Hag.
The Portuguese captain claimed that Ten Hag had deceived him and that Man United had done so.
In response to the news, Manchester United issued the following statement on Monday via its website: “Manchester United recognizes the media coverage surrounding an interview with Cristiano Ronaldo.
“Once all of the facts are known, the club will think about its response.
Our attention is still on getting ready for the second half of the season and maintaining the spirit of camaraderie that is developing among the players, coach, staff, and supporters.
