Lionel Messi will get the 2023 Ballon d’Or on Monday, presented by former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba.
Friday morning, Fabrizio Romano, a football transfer analyst, confirmed this.

Didier Drogba will present Lionel Messi with his eighth Ballon d’Or, according to Romano, who also included a little video of Drogba arriving in Paris for the celebration.
In Paris, it is scheduled to occur on Monday.
Messi will become the first football player from outside of Europe to win the award. Messi currently plays for Inter Miami in the Major League Soccer.
The 36-year-old will be doing it for a record-breaking eighth time.
