The vice presidential candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ifeanyi Okowa, has laughed at the chances of the Labour Party (LP) winning the next presidential election.

While driving the Delta State PDP campaign train across the Ndokwa East and Ndokwa West Local Government Areas of Delta State, he addressed the passengers in Aboh.

“We all understand that the APC candidate is unqualified to serve as our president.” Furthermore, we know that the Labour Party is not going away, so we must convince party members not to waste their votes, said Delta State’s governor on Friday.

The former lawmaker asked supporters of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to convince members of the Labor Party (LP) to join the PDP so that the All Progressives Congress (APC) couldn’t keep power as easily the following year.

In spite of the party’s animosity towards the PDP-G-5 led by Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, Governor Okowa also stated that only God can decide who will be Nigeria’s next president.

God has predicted that the PDP will prevail in this election. There could be a lot going on right now, and people would be wondering, “What about the G-5 governors?”

“Everyone matters; these governors are our brothers.” But nothing can stop what God has predicted will occur. There will therefore be disagreements among them, so even if some of them choose to support APC, some will still stick with us.

“The real reality is that, with God’s help, PDP will win the upcoming election no matter what they do, according to my sharp political eyes.”

Only God’s might can enable us to triumph. Therefore, whatever the G-5 says about working with the APC or any other party, we will prevail.
