Devilish dwarf appearance of Messi condemned by Sanchez
Monterrey coach, Nico Sanchez, has described Inter Miami’s Lionel Messi as a “possessed dwarf” with the “face of the devil” during a heated exchange following their CONCACAF Champions Cup quarter-final match.
Messi did not feature in the first leg against the Mexican side, but was part of a group that included Luis Suarez, Jordi Alba, and Tata Martino, who engaged in altercations with opposition players and coaches after Monterrey’s 2-1 win at Chase Stadium.
The Argentine star and his companions reportedly confronted the match officials regarding several contentious decisions made during the game, and also directed words towards Monterrey boss Fernando Ortiz.

Sanchez mentioned that Messi aggressively approached him, questioning his authority, but he chose not to engage, which seemed to escalate the situation. The coach also criticized Martino’s behavior, labeling him as a fool and accusing the opposing team of attempting to tarnish the reputation of the game.
