The House of Representatives has been saddened by the news of the passing of Isa Dogonyaro, the Member representing Garki/Babura federal Constituency of Jigawa State.
Colleague Mohammed Bello El-Rufa’i shared the news on his Facebook page, expressing his condolences and describing Dogonyaro as a brilliant parliamentarian and a good man.
May he rest in peace and may Allah grant him a place in Aljannatul Firdaus.

The Deputy House Spokesperson, Phillip Agbese, confirmed the lawmaker’s death, stating that he learned about it through social media and WhatsApp groups.
While there has been no official communication from the family to the House, Islamic prayers and tributes have been shared by colleagues on various platforms.
As per tradition, the official announcement will be made when the family communicates through the Speaker. The funeral prayer is scheduled to take place in Abuja this afternoon.
