The Ikorodu Magistrate Court in Lagos has issued an order for the notification of Mohbad’s late wife, Wunmi, regarding a DNA application through alternative means.

This information was conveyed in a statement released by Monisola Odumosu, a member of the Aloba family’s legal team.

In the application filed by Joseph Aloba, Mohbad’s father, the legal team requested permission to serve Wunmi by sending all the necessary legal documents to her last-known address.

The statement further explained that the sheriff had made two unsuccessful attempts to serve Wunmi with the court process.

Therefore, the legal team argued that serving the documents at her last known address, as ordered by the court, would constitute proper service and ensure her awareness of the ongoing lawsuit.

As a result, the Chief Magistrate ruled that the respondent should be served by posting the court process at her last known address.
