CHAN 2024 Qualifiers: Black Galaxies Arrive Uyo for Showdown with Home Eagles
The Black Galaxies land in Uyo to face Nigeria’s Home Eagles in a crucial clash for the CHAN 2024 qualifiers, promising an intense football battle.
The Black Galaxies of Ghana are set to arrive in Uyo today, Friday, for their 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifier against Nigeria.
The second leg of the match will take place at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on Saturday.
A total of 26 players, along with the technical crew and officials from the Ghana Football Association (GFA), will be making the trip.
As stated on the official X account of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), the Black Galaxies will arrive in Port Harcourt via a chartered flight.
After completing immigration formalities in Port Harcourt, the contingent will travel to Uyo by road.
They will experience the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium later this evening.
Didi Dramani’s team played to a 0-0 draw against their longtime rivals in the first leg.
