Alhaji Akeem Akintola, the chairman of Oyo State, Tipper, Lorry, and Quarry Park Management System (PMS) were abducted on Saturday by unidentified gunmen.

According to the News Agency of Nigeria, Akintola, also referred to as KUSO, was abducted from his home in the Ajiboye neighbourhood of Omi Apata, Ibadan.
A source, who wished to remain anonymous, claimed that early on Saturday morning, the gunmen broke into Akintola’s home and kidnapped him, taking him to an unidentified location.
Contact attempts with SP Adewale Osifeso, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) in Oyo State, were unsuccessful.
His number was reached on multiple occasions, but no one responded.
