APC orders members to resolve disputes outside of court within 7 days

In a statement released by the National Secretary, Senator Ajibola Basiru, it was confirmed that the decision was made during the 146th meeting of the party’s highest administrative body in Abuja.
The NWC resolved that all pending litigations associated with the party or involving party members must be discontinued and withdrawn from the courts within the next seven days.
Failure to comply with this resolution will result in disciplinary action, including immediate suspension and possible expulsion from the party.
The directive specifically mentioned the party’s local chapter in Benue State, emphasizing the importance of prompt adherence.
The APC is determined to uphold the unity and integrity of the party, and resolving legal matters internally is crucial for maintaining cohesion and focus.
