Alleged suspension of Ganduje raises alarm among APC members

Members of the Concerned APC Members (CAM), a faction within the All Progressives Congress, have expressed their disapproval of the alleged suspension of Abdullahi Ganduje, the national chairman of the party.

According to reports, Ganduje was purportedly suspended by the APC in his Ward in Kano state. However, the state leadership of the party has denied this suspension, labeling those responsible as impostors.

CAM, led by Okpokwu Ogenyi, held a press conference in Abuja to address the situation and called for the immediate arrest of those behind the alleged suspension.

Ogenyi emphasized the need to bring the perpetrators to justice as a deterrent to others.

He also highlighted the criminal nature of impersonation and urged the Inspector General of Police and the Director General of State Security Service to take swift action in apprehending and prosecuting the impostors.

Ogenyi warned that if these impostors are not dealt with promptly, it may set a precedent for members of other political parties to attempt similar actions against the APC leadership.
