In a Saudi Super Cup clash on Monday night, Cristiano Ronaldo, the striker for Al-Nassr, was sent off after his team suffered a 2-0 defeat against Al-Hilal. The incident occurred when Ronaldo elbowed Ali Al-Bulaihi, resulting in his dismissal from the match.

During the first half, Al-Nassr believed they had taken the lead when Otavio redirected the ball into the net. However, the goal was disallowed as Ronaldo had attempted to touch the ball from an offside position.

Frustrated by the decision, Ronaldo engaged in a heated argument with the referee, expressing his discontent. As a consequence, he received a yellow card for dissent.

Despite his initial caution, Ronaldo’s frustration escalated, leading him to lash out at an Al-Hilal player.
