The head coach of the Super Eagles, Jose Peseiro, has proposed two routes for his team to reach the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, or AFCON, final in Cote d’Ivoire.

In order to go to the AFCON final, Peseiro stated in a tweet sent out on Saturday night from his X account that the Super Eagles players must “keep their feet on the ground and stay focused.”
“Once again, our players were outstanding. Many thanks, the Portuguese person tweeted.
We’ve reached the semifinals. To secure our spot in the final, keep our feet planted and our minds concentrated.
Nigeria defeated Angola in the quarterfinal to go to the AFCON semi-final on Friday.
On Wednesday, Peseiro’s team will play the victor of the match between Cape Verde and South Africa in the final four.
