This was in relation to the ongoing trial of Olalekan Oyeyemi, a close associate of Governor Ademola Adeleke, who is facing charges of murder and terrorism.
Security operatives were strategically positioned both inside and outside the court premises to ensure the safety and order during the proceedings.
The accused, Olalekan Oyeyemi, was also present in court as the trial unfolded.

His defense counsel, Edmund Biriomoni, submitted a formal bail application on seven grounds, which was met with opposition from the prosecution counsel, Francis Osie, citing specific legal provisions.
