50 Cent Predicts Black Men Will Support Trump
Curtis Jackson, also known as ’50 Cent’, a Grammy Award-winning rapper and music mogul, recently expressed his thoughts on the upcoming US presidential election.
He mentioned that he sees black men showing support for former President Donald Trump. During an interview with CBS News on Capitol Hill, he stated that he had not yet decided on his vote for the November 2024 election.
Alongside civil rights attorney Ben Crump, 50 Cent visited Capitol Hill to meet with lawmakers from both Republican and Democrat parties to advocate for increased black representation in the liquor industry.
When discussing the importance of African American men in the election, he noted that he sees them relating to Trump due to facing RICO charges.
RICO, which stands for Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, is a US federal law aimed at combating organized crime.
Trump, who recently faced legal issues, including RICO charges in Georgia related to the 2020 election, has dismissed the accusations as politically motivated. Meanwhile, President Joe Biden’s campaign is also focusing on gaining support from black voters, a key demographic in his previous election victory.
The campaign launched the “Black Voters for Biden-Harris” initiative to collaborate with black organizations and enhance outreach efforts.
