The Permanent Voter Cards, or PVCs, collecting date has been extended nationally, according to the Independent National Electoral Commission, or INEC.

The Chairman of the Commission, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, said during a meeting with the Resident Electoral Commissioners, or RECs, from the 36 states of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory on Friday in Abuja that the Commission will not be hesitant to consider additional measures to ensure that all citizens have plenty of opportunity to collect their PVCs prior to the general election.
