A 16-year-old boy has been charged with murder following Tuesday night’s shooting death of a woman in Hackney, east London.
After police were called to the location early on December 5, 42-year-old Lianne Gordon passed away there.
The Metropolitan police have also charged the teenager with attempting to kill a 16-year-old kid and a 20-year-old man. After being admitted to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, the two were subsequently released.
In addition, the youngster was accused with having a handgun with the intent to endanger life and of having class A drugs with the aim to supply them.
The teenager was taken into custody early on Friday morning and had stayed there ever since. On Monday, he is scheduled to appear in Barkingside magistrates court.
The three individuals who were shot were thought to be acquainted, but they were unrelated, the Met continued.
According to detectives, the shooting is suspected to have happened at a Vine Close residence because the dead woman and the two male victims were discovered there.
It is believed that there were additional people on the property when the three victims were shot.
