Following Hamas’ attack on an Israeli town on Saturday, the White House has denied statements made by US Vice President Joe Biden that he had seen pictures of “children with their heads cut off.”

Biden told the media on Wednesday, “I’ve been doing this for a long time. “I never really thought that I would see… have confirmed pictures of terrorists beheading children.”

Later, according to a White House spokesperson, Biden and US officials have not seen such images or independently verified such assertions, according to The Washington Post.

According to the Post, the White House said that Biden had merely reiterating statements made by a representative for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Since Israeli military forces led foreign reporters around Kfar Azza following fighting, reports of beheadings there have been widespread.

The kibbutz was one of the first places where fighting broke out as Palestinian terrorists from Hamas launched a surprise onslaught on Israel on Saturday.

Israeli soldiers allegedly told journalists that during the combat, “40 babies” had been killed and “beheaded” in addition to men, women, and children.

Later, the Israeli army notified the media that it had not yet independently substantiated the assertions made by its own soldiers.

Claims that Hamas has executed children are untrue.

Since the attack on Saturday by Hamas, the US has reaffirmed its unwavering support for Israel. In order to support Israel, Washington has dispatched warships, armaments, and special operations soldiers to the area.

Antony Blinken, the US secretary of state, travelled to Israel on Thursday and will meet with the leaders of Jordan and Palestine on Friday.

Since Hamas began its offensive, Israel’s military has attacked the Gaza Strip nonstop, killing more than 1,300 Palestinians, including at least 365 children, and injuring over 6,000 others.

In Israel, there were at least 1,300 fatalities and tens of thousands of injuries.
