A video that went viral on the internet captured the moment a woman blocked President Bola Tinubu, who was standing next to King Charles III of England, as photos of international dignitaries attending the 2023 Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change were about to be taken.

The 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference, often known as COP28, is scheduled to take place at Expo City, Dubai, from November 30 to December 12, 2023. It is also known as the Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC.

A voice was heard in the viral video complaining that Tinubu was not visible in the photo because the woman talking to the King was obstructing her view. The voice could be heard parting ways with the woman who was chatting with the King, saying something like, “I’m sorry, but she’s blocking the president of Nigeria.” She is obstructing Nigeria’s president.
