Dr. Uzo Iweala, the son of Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the current Director-General of the World Trade Organisation and a former Nigerian Minister of Finance, married his beautiful wife, Lotte Elsa, on Sunday in Germany.

The groom’s aunt, Njide Okonjo-Iweala, released pictures from the wedding along with a brief message to the pair that read, “If we, the Ndigbo community, don’t celebrate our customary marriage rites, Igba Nkwu Nwanyi, there can be no marriage.” Thus we got married in Heidelberg, Germany, to our wife.
