The goal of All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman Abdullahi Ganduje is to add more governors and lawmakers to the party’s roster.
This was said by him during a Thursday interview in Abuja with reporters.

“Our plan is to raise the number of governors and lawmakers in the nation, which would inevitably raise the number of members of State Houses of Assembly.
“We stated that the APC will be operational all year long for this reason.
“In our custom, political parties as institutions are typically only engaged in electioneering.
“But in developed democracies, political parties as institutions are active because they are not only limited to election, but recruitment of members,” Ganduje remarked.
He described a political party as a two-way street since its role was to inform the public about the advancements the government had made and to offer suggestions on its platform.
This is how administration is evaluated, according to Ganduje, who also stated that the party’s national secretariat is always being renovated and updated for the sake of the party and the country.
“There was no church inside the party secretariat before, and no one attended services there, but now a new church building is being constructed.
“We have concrete drainage and shops to prevent street hawking around the complex,” he stated.
He went on to say that under his presidency, the party’s media centre would receive modern upgrades to its equipment and perspective.
The national chairman of the APC stated, “I think what I have seen here is analogous, but we are not in an analogue period.”
