Vinicius Jr Rejects New Real Madrid Contract Offer

Brazilian star Vinicius Jr has reportedly turned down a new contract offer from Real Madrid, sparking speculation about his future at the club.

According to The Sun, Vinicius Junior, the winger for Real Madrid, has turned down a contract proposal from the LaLiga club.

Vinicius’s current contract at the Bernabéu includes a release clause of approximately £830 million.

Several Saudi Pro League teams have identified the 24-year-old as a potential target.

Vinicius earns £12.5 million annually under his contract with Real, which extends until 2027.

Nonetheless, his choice to decline the initial contract renewal offer has raised uncertainty about his future with Los Blancos.

Reports indicate that the Brazilian’s representatives met with Saudi officials in December, after an initial contact was made last summer.

As a result, Real Madrid entered negotiations to secure Vinicius with a new long-term contract.

However, Madrid is not prepared to disrupt their wage structure in order to facilitate a deal.
