Valentine’s Day dancing competition for Osun employees

Activities have been announced by the Osun State Government to celebrate Valentine’s Day with its employees this year.

For this year’s Valentine’s Day celebrations for its employees, the state government announced that it has planned enjoyable events such as indoor games, dress and dance competitions.

The celebrations will be held on Tuesday at the Bola Ige White House Osun Governor’s Office, Abere, according to a circular signed by Mr. K. Akintola on behalf of the State Head of Service, Mr. Olaleye Aina, that was received in Osogbo on Saturday.

Senator Ademola Adeleke, the governor of the state, would preside over the event, with Aina, the Head of Service, serving as the day’s father.

Before the celebrations, interested game players were instructed to register.

“The year 2023 annual Valentine Day Celebration for the complete Public Servants in the State comes up on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at White House Car Park, Abere,” the circular said in part. Table Tennis, Draft, Ayo Olopon, Ludo, a Dressing Parade, a Dancing Competition, and Questions and Answers will all be included in the programme.

Therefore, employees of the public sector who are interested in the aforementioned games should register with Comrade Agboola at 08034648367 and Comrade Semiu at 08061674458. Please be aware that only those that register will be permitted to play the game.

“The Head of Service is the Chief Host, and the Executive Governor of Osun State, His Excellency, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, is the Father of Love for the day. As a result, everyone on staff needs to be seated by 10:00 am.

“I am to ask all Accounting Officers of Ministries, Departments and Agencies and Heads of Non-Ministerial Agencies including Local Government as well as Local Council Development Authorities to comply and give the content of this circular extensive publicity among their Staff,” the statement reads.
