US didn’t refuse Tinubu visa, but the trip was postponed till 2023—Orji Kalu
All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate Bola Tinubu was allegedly refused a visa by the US, according to Senate Chief Whip Senator Orji Uzor Kalu.
Tinubu delayed his travel to America, according to Kalu, who disputed rumours that the US had refused him a visa.
Kalu accused the opposition of circulating untrue information about Tinubu in a Facebook post.
The opposition will distribute more false information about our presidential candidate as the election gets near, he said, but we should constantly disregard it and focus on the task at hand.
The rumour that Tinubu was turned down for a visa to the USA is untrue like all other bogus rumours.
“Tinubu delayed the trip on his initiative and never had a visa rejected. I received confirmation from the US State Department that Tinubu will arrive in the third week of December.
The APC campaign council has already revealed that Tinubu will go on an international tour on December 4.
Tinubu is scheduled to meet with world leaders and promote his candidacy for president.
He will visit London, the United States, France, and a few EU member states to promote his bid for the presidency to the world.
