Naija, Big Brother Chef and reality TV personality Uriel Oputa, also referred to as Uriel, believes people who are questioning her decision to remain unmarried should stop because marriage isn’t for everyone.
Uriel, who is also a chef and businesswoman, addressed the matter on her Instagram account, @urielmusicstar, stating that she does not feel pressure from the public or her family because marriage is not an accomplishment.

She claims she can demonstrate her marital status without the approval of social media.

She clarified that she was not allowed to share anything about her partner or relationship status on social media.

Not everyone is suited for marriage. You are to blame if you believe that being married is a success. How are you aware that I’m single? Uriel penned, “Do you believe that social media validation is necessary for everyone?”

She continued by reiterating that she would never share anything on social media about her partner or their relationship status.

“I would never share my partner’s entire face or my marriage on this platform. It’s very 2018. Age and marriage shame is out of style. Let’s keep up this momentum and prevent the deaths of young people.

Regarding trolls that harass people on social media, Uriel informed them that she is impervious to bullying.

“With me, bullying doesn’t work. I was the only black child in the history of the school, which was exclusively white.

The social media influencer has previously shared her thoughts and opinions about trolls and individuals who excel at harassing people on social media, assuring them that she is immune to bullying.

Following her appearance in Big Brother Naija season 2 in 2017, she rose to fame and has since established a prosperous career in a number of different sectors.
