Blessing Karami, a female student at the National Open University of Nigeria, NOUN, who was reported missing on September 11th, has been discovered dead in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
This was confirmed to OBASANJO NEWS24 on Thursday by SP Josephine Adeh, the FCT Police Public Relations Officer.
She claimed that in the Karimo neighbourhood of the nation’s capital, the deceased’s bones were found in a wooded area.
The 26-year-old woman’s disappearance was reported to the police on September 14, 2023, according to the police.
According to the PPRO, a thorough inquiry into the “circumstances surrounding Blessing Karami Moses’ untimely death” has been ordered by FCT Commissioner of Police, CP Haruna G. Garba.
She stated that the command’s dedication to the murder investigation is steadfast, and they are determined to identify the incident’s root causes both close to home and far away.
She stated that in order to collect the rotting remains, the command is currently collaborating with the Abuja Environmental Protection Board, or AEPB.
