The two other people in the car were identified as a male driver and a female passenger, even though he was kidnapped with her.
It was reported that the abductors quickly abducted both of their victims and left the Bolt driver’s vehicle behind.
Recall that university employees have been targeted by kidnappers in Calabar.
Just one night ago, Prof. Patrick Egaga, the University Director of Servicom, was kidnapped from his home in the staff quarters of the university.
His family has not yet been able to pay the N15 million ransom that his kidnappers have lowered from the initial N50 million sought.
When Vanguard contacted SP Irene Ugbo, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), she stated that she had not received a briefing regarding the event.
