Umahi examines federal road projects in Enugu, Emphasizes Tinubu’s good intentions
On Sunday, Engineer David Umahi, the Minister of Works, visited many Federal Government projects in Enugu and other states.
The Minister observed the ongoing restoration of the collapsed New Artisan Bridge along the Enugu-Port Harcourt Motorway after landing in Enugu State.
In addition, the minister made a move to examine work being done on a 23-span mega twin flyover bridge in Emene, Enugu State.
The flypast is the best thing that has ever happened to the people of Enugu and the bordering states, according to Umahi.
This was said in a statement provided to Obasanjonews.com on Sunday and signed by the minister’s Special Advisor on Media, Mr. Uchenna Orji.
For many years, the road that connects numerous suburbs in the state and its bordering states has been a nightmare for cars. Some of these cars travel through Benue State to reach remote areas of Northern Nigeria, while other cars use Cross River State to reach sections of South South Africa.

“In keeping with his agenda of robust economic revolution for a sustainable future of our country,” the statement states in part, “the administration of Mr. President thought it expedient to construct for Enugu State a mega twin flyover that will beat the elegance and utility of all flyovers ever built in the South East.”
When this flypast is finished, Enugu State will look different, draw in trade and investment, decrease accidents and insecurity, promote safety, and draw more people to the state’s airports as well as those in Ebonyi State, Enugu State, and other nearby states.
“Mr. President has good intentions for Nigeria and is committed to transforming the country’s economy by building new roads and infrastructure.
This is one of the tasks that the Honourable Minister needs to complete. He is familiar with the work. His drive to succeed is unmatched.
