UECL: Onyedika Faces Suspension for Club Brugge’s Match against Fiorentina

Raphael Onyedika is set to sit out Club Brugge’s upcoming UEFA Europa Conference League semi-final second-leg match against Fiorentina due to a suspension.

Onyedika received a red card during the first leg, which Club Brugge lost 3-2. The midfielder was initially booked in the 58th minute before being sent off just three minutes later.

As a result, the 23-year-old will have to serve a one-match suspension as a consequence.

His absence will surely be felt by Club Brugge, who will need to score at least two goals to overcome the deficit from the previous leg.

Onyedika was recognized as Club Brugge’s Player of the Month for April.
