Andriy Lunin will not be able to travel with the rest of the Real Madrid team for this weekend’s Champions League final against Borussia Dortmund, according to manager Carlo Ancelotti.
The custodian will not travel to London, according to The Sun, after he contracted the illness earlier this week.
In the competition, Lunin has played the most of the games since Thibaut Courtois was injured.

He was a hero in the quarterfinal victory over Manchester City via penalty shootout.
Madrid hopes to win the championship a record-tying fifteen times.
In an effort to lessen the likelihood that he would spread his illness, Marca says that Lunin will land on either Friday or Saturday, while Ancelotti’s team is scheduled to arrive in London on Thursday.
