According to Peter Obi’s legal team, an appeal to the Supreme Court could be filed on Tuesday, according to Yunusa Tanko, the spokesman for the Peter Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign Council.

Additionally, it is believed that Obi has no plans to replace any members of his legal staff.

This was disclosed to reporters by Tanko and the LP’s National Legal Adviser, Kehinde Edun.

We haven’t filed the appeal, I just confirmed. By Tuesday, that will be finished.

Tanko added, “We are also not looking to add to or modify our team of solicitors.

Given that we still have time, Edun stated, “We have not yet filed the appeal.

“Any time now it will be finished. We still have all of our solicitors. Our best workers are among them.

“Since we are confident in their abilities, there is no reason to change them.”
