On Monday, Donald Trump, a former US President and Elon Musk, a billionaire in the tech industry had an open interview on Musk’s X platform. The talk was promoted by Trump’s campaign as “the interview of the century”, with three months to go until the presidential election in America.
According to Musk, the upcoming conversation with Trump will be unscripted and there won’t be any restrictions on topics. He stated that it could turn out to be an incredibly entertaining interaction and urged users to share their questions or opinions.
Just before the interview, Trump went back to X and shared numerous videos promoting his campaign while also criticizing Kamala Harris, who is running for US vice president as a Democrat. In 2021, Twitter (now known as X) banned him during its previous management tenure. He was reinstated in 2022 by Musk but had only posted one photo of himself taken after he got arrested last year in Georgia since then.
