Manchester City will face legal action on a date determined by the Financial Fair Play regulations 115.
A hearing date for late autumn of 2024 has been set, according to the Daily Mail.

The three-time winners are charged with violating 115 rules across the course of 14 seasons, starting with the 2009–2010 season.
After a five-year investigation, City was charged early this year.
Since the claims were made public in February, neither the Premier League nor the Etihad club have made any statements.
However, City has denied any misconduct, and manager Guardiola has responded angrily to those who have been calling for City to face consequences.
