Transfer: Mourinho Slams Osimhen for Diving Too Much

José Mourinho criticizes Victor Osimhen, stating “You dive too much” as transfer rumors swirl around the Super Eagles striker.

According to Jose Mourinho, the manager of Fenerbahce, Victor Osimhen excessively indulges in diving.

Galatasaray has secured Osimhen on a loan deal for the entire season from Napoli.

This implies that the striker, along with his newly joined teammates, will be in direct competition with Fenerbahce for clinching the Turkish League championship.

After his dismissal from AS Roma, Mourinho arrived at Fenerbahce in June where he encountered Napoli on several occasions during his previous tenure.

During Roma vs Napoli, Mourinho informed HT Spor that he had conversed with him the last time they played against each other.

I informed Osimhen that he is among the top players in Africa alongside Salah. Previously, Drogba, Eto’o and Weah held this position. It’s not acceptable for him to dive.

My issue with him is that he dives excessively, but we usually resolve it within 10 minutes.
