Atalanta have left Ademola Lookman out of their squad for the Torino clash as speculation grows over possible transfers to Arsenal or PSG, fueling rumors of an imminent move.
Ademola Lookman, the winger for Atalanta, won’t be featuring in Sunday’s Serie A fixture against Torino as he has been excluded from the squad.
Lookman has been dropped for the second game in a row, leading to more speculation about his future.
Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal are both interested in the Super Eagles’ star this summer.
Atalanta has benefited from Lookman’s outstanding performances over the past two seasons, as he has recorded 32 goals and 18 assists in a total of 79 appearances.
Nonetheless, his most memorable performance occurred during the Europa League final when he completed a hat-trick against Bayer Leverkusen.
He missed Atalanta’s training last week and consequently couldn’t participate in their victorious opening game of the season against Lecce.
He has resumed training this week, albeit in solitude.
