Well-known vocalist Tiwa Savage has entered the film business as an actress and producer.
The single mother announced that she would be starring in her first film, “Water and Garri,” which will be released later this year.

She clarified that the film will be screened in more than 240 countries and territories globally after being released on the massive streaming service Prime Video.
On Wednesday, Savage announced this on her social media accounts.
She posted on social media: “Hey everyone, I’m thrilled to share that my debut feature film, #WaterAndGarri, will be available for viewing in over 240 countries and territories this year via @primevideo!
“After more than two years of work, I have to declare that this is certainly one of the most exciting and rewarding projects I have ever undertaken. In addition to being making my feature film debut, I feel privileged and humbled to have executive produced this movie.
“I genuinely can’t wait to share this new chapter of my life and work with you all. I’m only now getting going. Much love to @mejialabi, the director. You created a work of art! Producer @J_adesanya @missamadi is also mentioned.
