All Peoples Congress (APC) supporter Mohamed Kailani urged the opposition presidential candidates to drop their lawsuits related to the presidential election on February 25 on Saturday.

Remember that the presidential candidates for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar and Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP), went to court to contest Senator Bola Tinubu’s win in the APC race.

The APC’s National Coordinator for Voter Education and Awareness, Kailani, told NAN in Kaduna that the dismissal of the lawsuits will pave the way for unity and progress on a national scale.

He said that the plaintiffs should prioritise national interests above individual ones.

If [Atiku and Obi] genuinely loved Nigeria, he argued, they should withdraw their legal suits.

“Their efforts would be fruitless, and we as a country would not benefit from them.”

Fortunately, the president-elect [Tinubu] had pledged to lead a bringing administration, a government of national unity that would offer everyone a sense of belonging, he said.
