Tinubu’s Supreme Court win puts an end to baseless rumours – Idahosa
Representative Dennis Idahosa (APC-Edo) claims that every false information on the 2023 presidential election has been exposed by President Bola Tinubu’s victory at the Supreme Court.
In response to Thursday’s ruling by the highest court in Abuja, Idahosa, a member representing the Ovia Federal constituency, made this claim in a statement released in Benin.
The congressman urged Nigerians to shun unsubstantiated and untrue rumours in a statement released by his media assistant, Mr. Friday Aghedo, saying he was not shocked by the court’s decision. NAN reports.
Idahosa, the chair of the House Committee on Healthcare Services, believes that if rumours are allowed to continue, they will seriously jeopardise our democracy.
He congratulated Tinubu on his win and expressed hope that the ruling would help focus the populace and the opposition on the mission of building a great Nigeria.

“I trust that this ruling has ended the pointless squabbling, diversion, and provocations that accompanied the 2023 presidential election.
“I extend my congratulations to the All Progressives Congress (APC) leadership and members for this well-deserved win.
Idahosa stated, “I hope that this final ruling will allow us all to put aside our differences and work for the common good of all, regardless of our party affiliation.”
