Professor Tahir Mamman, one of the ministers in President Bola Tinubu’s administration, has an apparent hacker taking over his WhatsApp account.
The Federal Ministry of Education announced in a statement on Friday that the unauthorized person is now using the Minister of Education’s phone number.
The statement says as follows: “The public is being notified by the Office of the Honorable Minister of Education, Professor Tahir Mamman OON, SAN, that the Minister’s WhatsApp number has been compromised and is currently being used by an unauthorized person.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and ask that, for the time being, everyone ignore any requests or messages received from the aforementioned number.
