Arriving in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for the Saudi-Africa Summit on Friday is President Bola Tinubu.
Ministers, National Assembly members, and other government employees met the Nigerian leader at the airport upon his arrival in the Middle Eastern country.
Using the summit as a platform, Tinubu would emphasise Nigeria’s dedication to growing commercial alliances and drawing in more foreign direct investment.
As per Ajuri Ngelale, the spokesperson for the president, the visit will significantly bolster the administration’s continuous internal economic reforms.
The first Saudi-African Summit will focus on tackling regional security issues, improving political coordination, and promoting cooperative action.

Along with facilitating economic change, Ngelale pointed out that it would encourage cross-sectoral investment cooperation by promoting research and local creation of innovative energy solutions.
The President is travelling with the following officials: Minister of Education, Prof. Tahir Mamman; Minister of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Yusuf Tuggar; and Minister of Coordinating the Economy and Finance, Mr. Wale Edun.
The others are Malam Jalal Arabi, the Chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Amb. Ahmed Rufai Abubakar, the Director General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), and Malam Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Adviser (NSA).
It is anticipated that the President will return to Abuja after the Saudi-African Summit is over.
