Tinubu’s academic achievements: Atiku speaks at press conference today

Atiku Abubakar, the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party for president, is expected to speak about President Bola Tinubu’s academic records that were made public by Chicago State University (CSU) at a press conference later today.

Remember that, in opposition to the President’s disclosure, Atiku had obtained from the CSU access to Tinubu’s academic records through a court subpoena.

In a deposition on Tuesday, it was revealed that Tinubu’s 1979 CSU certificate—which he submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)—was different from samples of the certificates the University provided to students that same year. The records were initially made public on October 3.

The CSU Registrar admitted under oath that he was unable to verify the authenticity of the certificate Tinubu gave to INEC.

Since the publication of the documents, Atiku has remained silent.
