On September 9 and 10, President Bola Tinubu will take part in the forthcoming G-20 Summit in New Delhi, India.
Speaking to reporters at the State House on Friday, President’s Spokesman Ajuri Ngelale said the visit is anticipated to bring in foreign direct investment.
He claims that the President will convene a round table discussion with more than 20 chief executive officers of significant businesses from various facets of the Indian economy.
On the fringes of the G-20, the president is additionally anticipated to hold talks with a variety of heads of state, including those of Germany, India, South Korea, and others.
In order to provide as many jobs for the teeming youth population as possible, Ngelale said, “We are focused on engagements that will be dealing with the critical sectors of the Nigerian economy involving steal development, involving electricity generation, transmission, and distribution, involving ship yard building capacity, and several other industries.”
He mentioned that the President would also meet with the Nigerian in India and will deliver a speech to the full summit, which will include all of the Heads of State in attendance as well as several other business and industry leaders from around the world.
