This request was conveyed through a letter that was read on the floor of the House by Speaker Abbas Tajudeen. Additionally, the president also requested an extension for the implementation of the supplementary appropriation act, aligning its deadline with that of the capital component.
The president emphasized the importance of this extension to ensure the full implementation of the provisions outlined in both acts. By extending the deadline, it allows for more time to effectively execute the capital projects and allocate the necessary funds accordingly.
This decision aims to facilitate a smooth and efficient implementation process, ensuring that the intended objectives of the appropriation bill and supplementary act are met. Further details regarding this matter will be provided shortly.
