Tinubu pledges commitment to reviving Nigeria’s economy, providing reassurance to the business community
President Bola Tinubu has provided reassurance to the Nigeria Business Community, particularly those hailing from the North, regarding his administration’s unwavering commitment to reviving the country’s economy.

During a meeting with the Kano Business Community, the President emphasized the importance of their ongoing collaboration in order to bring to fruition the policies that have been introduced by his administration.
Represented by the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Muhammad Idris, Tinubu addressed the Business Community in Kano at a Town Hall meeting organized by the Federal Government.
The President outlined the various plans and interventions that have been implemented by his administration thus far, underscoring the government’s dedication to economic recovery and growth.
Alhaji Sabi’u Bako, Chairman of the Kano Business Community, echoed the sentiments of the group by urging the government to ensure that their proposed plans and interventions are effectively executed and reach the intended beneficiaries.
Bako stressed the importance of accountability in the disbursement of funds, citing previous instances where allocated resources did not reach the targeted recipients.
Additionally, he called for Kano to benefit from the anticipated increase in electricity supply, as well as the completion of the AKK gas pipeline to support industrial growth in the region.
Bako also recommended that the Nigerian government focus on boosting exports to bolster revenue generation and enhance the country’s Gross Domestic Product.
