Tinubu Launches Abuja Light Rail
On Wednesday, President Bola Tinubu attended the Abuja Metro Station to officially launch the commercial operation of the Abuja Light Rail.
The flag-off was one of the events that Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister Nyesom Wike planned to commemorate President Tinubu’s first year in office.
President Muhammadu Buhari officially opened the Abuja Metro Station in 2018, according to Obasanjonews.com.
The previous National Anthem, which was approved by the Senate on Tuesday, was first performed by President Bola Tinubu.

“This institution, the hallowed chamber, represents our consciousness from freedom and sense of belonging,” President Tinubu remarked in his speech to the joint session. Nigeria, we salute you, you performed the most recent national anthem.
“This embodies our diversity, symbolising all origins and the ways in which we interact as siblings.” We have no choice but to work together to improve our country; without this house, I doubt that I would have discovered the route to the president that I have begun. With all due respect, please continue to do so.
In his remarks, President Bola Tinubu congratulated all Nigerians on 25 years of uninterrupted democracy and urged them to keep cooperating.
