President Bola Tinubu has officially endorsed the 2024 Appropriations Bill, which amounts to N28.78 trillion. The signing ceremony took place at the Presidential Palace in Abuja on Monday, following the President’s return from his Christmas vacation in Lagos.

Numerous high-ranking government officials were present to witness the event, including Senator Godswill Akpabio, the President of the Senate, Hon.

Tajudeen Abbas, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr Wale Edun, the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, and Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Adviser (NSA). Additionally, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to the President, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), and Senator Olamilekan Adeola, the Chairman of the Senate Appropriation Committee, were also in attendance.
